Dispute Resolution

If you believe that we have not complied with our privacy statement, we invite you to contact us as specified above. We will make a good faith effort to address your concerns in accordance with applicable law, which is the Commercial Code of Honduras, Article 829 (iii). If despite our good faith efforts you remain unsatisfied, applicable law also provides you with further recourse. The venue for any legal dispute shall be the district court of Santa Rosa de Copán, Honduras.
